Due to the nature of handmade and personal-use products, we can’t accept returns on used or opened items. But your satisfaction matters to us deeply, and we’ll always handle concerns with heart and fairness.

Thank you for inviting our sacred tools into your life. We believe that the journey from our hands to yours is a meaningful one. Each order is packaged with sacred intention and care, ensuring that your items arrive ready to support your practice.
This policy outlines everything you need to know about how we handle and ship your orders.
Order Processing & Handling Time
Our rituals of creation and shipping take place from Monday through Friday.
All orders are processed and shipped from our apothecary within 1-3 business days of being placed. Orders placed after 1 PM EST on a Friday, or on a weekend or holiday, will be lovingly prepared and shipped out on the next business day.
You will receive an order confirmation email as soon as you check out.
Holiday & High-Volume Periods
During Mercury Retrograde, major holidays, and lunar events, processing times may be extended. We’ll always update you via email if your order will be delayed beyond our standard timeframes.
Where We Ship
Currently shipping within the United States only. We’re working on expanding our sacred circle internationally—sign up for our newsletter to be notified when we ship to your area.
U.S. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following options for domestic shipping within the United States:
- Standard Shipping: Typically arrives within 5-7 business days after your order has been processed and shipped.
- Expedited Shipping: Typically arrives within 2-4 business days after your order has been processed and shipped.
Please remember that delivery times are estimates provided by our carriers (USPS, UPS) and are not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier issues, or high-volume periods.
Shipping Address Changes
Need to update your shipping address? Contact us at hello@soulriserituals.com within 2 hours of placing your order. Once your sacred package is en route, we cannot redirect it.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking information will become active within 24 hours. This email is your guide to following your package’s journey to your doorstep.
Damages & Issues During Transit
We pack every order to ensure it arrives safely. However, sometimes the journey is rough. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

- A photo of the damaged item and the packaging.
We will assess the issue and work with you to send a replacement as quickly as possible.
