We respect your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you subscribe to Luna SMS, our moon-aligned text message service.

What Information We Collect

We collect your mobile number, your name if provided, your consent records, subscription status, limited delivery and interaction logs, and basic billing metadata from Gumroad. We do not collect your time zone at this time.

When you subscribe to Luna SMS, we collect:

  • Your name (to personalize your experience)
  • Your mobile phone number (to deliver SMS messages)
  • Your email address (for subscription confirmation and service updates)
  • Payment information (processed securely through Gumroad)

How We Use Your Information

We use your number to deliver texts, manage your subscription, handle support, prevent abuse, comply with law, and improve the service. We use consent and interaction logs to honor opt‑outs and meet telecom compliance obligations.

We use your information solely to:

  • Deliver daily SMS messages aligned with current moon phases
  • Process your subscription payment through Gumroad
  • Send service-related updates (e.g., subscription confirmation, billing issues)
  • Comply with legal obligations

We will never sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

We process your information with your consent, to perform our contract with you, and to comply with legal obligations.

Third-Party Service Providers

We use the following trusted service providers:

  • Gumroad – Payment processing and subscription management. Your payment information is handled by Gumroad and subject to Gumroad’s Privacy Policy.
  • Textla – SMS delivery service. Your phone number is transmitted to Textla solely for message delivery and is subject to Textla’s privacy practices.
  • Zapier – Automation between Gumroad and Textla.
  • Google Sheets – Scheduling or operational logs as needed.
  • Kit – If you separately join our newsletter.

These providers act as our processors and handle data under their own policies and security. We do not sell your personal information. These providers only access your information as necessary to deliver Luna SMS services.

Data Retention

  • Active subscriptions: We retain your phone number and subscription information for as long as your subscription is active.
  • After cancellation: Your phone number is removed from our SMS delivery system within 7 days and permanently deleted from our records within 30 days, unless retention is required for legal, tax, or dispute resolution purposes.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal information
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Request deletion of your information (subject to legal/tax retention requirements)
  • Opt out of SMS messages at any time by texting STOP

We use industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children’s Privacy

Luna SMS is for adults 18+ and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Do Not Track

We do not respond to Do Not Track signals. SMS does not use browser tracking.

We may update these terms and this notice. We will post the updated date at the top. Your continued use after changes means you accept the updates.

Terms of Use

By subscribing to Luna SMS, you agree to the following Terms of Use. Please read carefully.

1. Service Description

Luna SMS is a subscription-based text message service that delivers one automated spiritual micro-practice each morning (9:00 AM ET), aligned with the current moon phase. Messages are designed to support busy women in reconnecting with lunar cycles through brief, actionable practices.

2. Subscription & Billing

  • Pricing: Luna SMS is offered at founding member pricing of $12/month for the first 50 subscribers (locked in forever), then $17/month for all subsequent subscribers.
  • Billing: Your subscription is processed through Gumroad. By subscribing, you authorize Gumroad to charge your payment method at the start of each monthly billing cycle.
  • Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless you cancel before your next billing date.
  • Free Trial: New subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. If you cancel during the trial, you will not be billed.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your Luna SMS subscription at any time through your Gumroad account. Upon cancellation, you will continue to receive messages until the end of your current billing period, but your subscription will not renew.
  • Refunds: Luna SMS is a digital service. All subscriptions are non-refundable once the current billing period has started. If you cancel, you will not receive a prorated refund for unused days in the current month.
  • Failed Payments: If your payment method fails, your subscription will be suspended until payment is received. Gumroad will attempt to charge your payment method again. If payment cannot be processed, your subscription will be terminated.

4. SMS Consent & Compliance (TCPA)

By subscribing to Luna SMS, you:

  • Consent to receive recurring automated text messages from SoulRise Rituals to the mobile number you provided.
  • Acknowledge that message and data rates may apply (based on your mobile carrier’s plan).
  • Understand that consent is not a condition of purchase.
  • Can opt out at any time by texting STOP to the number from which you receive Luna SMS messages. You will receive a confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed.
  • Can text HELP for customer support or email hello@soulriserituals.com.

Message Frequency: You will receive one (1) text message per day at 9:00 AM Eastern Time.

Supported Carriers: Luna SMS currently supports mobile numbers in the United States (+1) only. International support is pending.

Quiet Hours: Messages are sent at 9:00 AM ET to respect quiet hours regulations.

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

  • Not Medical or Mental Health Advice: Luna SMS messages are spiritual and holistic supports. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease and are not a substitute for professional medical or mental health care. Always consult a qualified professional for health concerns.
  • Results Vary: The practices shared via Luna SMS are tools for reflection and self-connection. Individual results vary. Trust your own intuition and body wisdom.
  • No Guarantee of Delivery: We are not responsible for delayed, undelivered, or misdirected messages due to mobile carrier issues, network outages, or other factors beyond our control.
  • “As Is” Service: Luna SMS is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoulRise Rituals (Youngblood Energetics LLC) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Luna SMS. Our total liability to you for all claims arising from Luna SMS shall not exceed the amount you paid for your subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current contact information (name, phone number, email).
  • Notify us immediately if your phone number changes.
  • Use Luna SMS for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute Luna SMS content without permission.

7. Intellectual Property

All content delivered via Luna SMS, including text messages, practices, and creative concepts, is owned by SoulRise Rituals (Youngblood Energetics LLC) and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercialize Luna SMS content without our express written permission.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Luna SMS subscription at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms of Use or engaged in fraudulent or abusive behavior. Upon termination, you will no longer receive messages and will not be entitled to a refund.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through Luna SMS. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Luna SMS shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Arizona.
